How can I submit a request for a future seminar?
You may be interested in a closed seminar series that is already underway or a seminar that has not yet been scheduled (from the above list of prospective topics). If you are not already a patient at Nautilus Behavioral Health, please call us at 904-432-3321. If you are leaving a voicemail, please leave a detailed message, including your name, telephone number and the seminar topic or closed seminar series in which you are interested. You can alternatively complete the form on our Contact page by clicking here. Please be sure to note the current closed seminar series and/or prospective seminar topics in which you are interested.
When you receive a callback, you will be asked about the seminar(s) in which you are interested and for some basic background information about your child and your family. When the seminar(s) in which you were interested become available, you will be contacted. If you decide that Nautilus Behavioral Health seems like a good match for you, you can register and complete our standard new patient paperwork at that time. This will help us better understand the issues your family is dealing with and your preferences for communication and scheduling.
At Nautilus Behavioral Health, we will do our best to make enrolling in seminars a simple process.
